This space exists to reflect on what those moments teach us: about leadership, parenting, work, faith, pressure, growth, and the long game we’re all playing in our own way.Youth sports show up here because they reveal a lot about people—kids and adults alike. But the lessons go far beyond the field. Development, patience, integrity, awareness, and kindness apply everywhere.I’ve coached long enough to believe development matters more than quick wins. I’ve run a business long enough to understand responsibility and risk.
