When Jesus preached, He didn’t wait for people to come to Him. He went to them.
He preached on mountain tops, from fishing boats, and along dusty roads. He spoke to the outcasts, the broken, and the ones no one else would even look at.

He didn’t say, “Bring them to my building.”
He said, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel.” — Mark 16:15

But now, too many pastors stand under bright lights telling everyone else it’s their job to fill the seats.
That’s not ministry — that’s marketing.
If your goal is attendance, you’ll get a crowd.
If your goal is salvation, you’ll get disciples.

A true shepherd leaves the ninety-nine to go find the one.
He doesn’t sit back waiting for the one to wander through the door.

Jesus didn’t build a stage — He built a movement.
He didn’t need a microphone — He had a message.
And the world was His church.

So no, pastor — it’s not the people’s job to fill your seats.
It’s your calling to fill the streets.
